Outside his work at Chick-fil-A, Michael holds a Master of Science in Innovation from Northeastern University in Boston.  He is also an adjunct professor of Innovation Management in the Professional MBA Program for the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia.  He has a passion for helping others achieve greater things through an innovation mindset.
